Grandview Tower, a senior living community in Evansville, Ind., is planning a nearly $1.1 million renovation of its 47-year-old building, according to Evansville WFIE.
The City of Evansville has invested $1.075 million in the project, which comprises upgrades to apartment interiors, including modernized kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring and doors, updated lighting and fixtures, and improved HVAC and plumbing systems.
Other planned improvements include a new community garden, landscaping improvements, and a mural by a local artist.
