Trilogy Health Services (Louisville, Ky.), owner and operator of more than 150 senior living communities, is planning to build a new $30 million senior living campus in Crestwood, Ky., according to wdrb.com.
The project comprises 123 units offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
Construction is expected to be completed in 18 months.
