Nonprofit developer Federation Housing (Philadelphia) has started construction on Shoshanna’s Way, a new affordable senior living community in Blue Bell, Pa., according to aroundambler.com.
Located on a 3-acre site, the project features a 2-story building with 56 units for low- to moderate-income residents.
