Construction is complete on Mission Grove at Stoneybrook, a 166-unit senior living community in Winter Garden, Fla., according to a news release from NEI General Contracting (general contractor; Winter Garden, Fla.).
The continuing care retirement community (CCRC) features 101 independent living units, 32 assisted living units, and 33 memory care units, offering studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a zero-entry pool, pickleball courts, fireside lounges, and a grab-and-go café.
The project developer is Leo Brown Group (Carmel, Ind.), with PH7 Architects (Columbus, Ohio) serving as architect.
