Developer Blue Sky Communities (Tampa, Fla.) completed and opened Bear Creek Commons, an affordable senior living community in St. Petersburg, Fla., according to a news release from the City of St. Petersburg.
The $25 million community houses 47 one-bedroom and 38 two-bedroom, energy-efficient units. Amenities include a game room, art hall, and gazebo.
The community is managed by Carteret Management (St. Petersburg).
