Developer Toll Brothers (Fort Washington, Pa.) opened Regency at Rivington, an active adult senior living community, in Danbury, Conn., according to a news release.
The 55+ community consists of detached single and two-story homes with two to three bedrooms.
Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, pickleball court, cabana, and outdoor kitchen.
