Catholic Charities Housing (Denver, Colo.) opened All Saints Apartments, an affordable senior living community, in Denver, according to a news release.
The 62+ community houses 63 studio and one-bedroom units. Amenities include a game room, reading room, and fitness center.
The project team includes designer and architect Cushing Terrell (Billins, Mont.), general contractor Palace Construction (Denver), engineering firm IMEG Corp. (Rock Island, Ill.), and engineer and environmental consulting firm Terracon (Olathe, Kan.).
