AHEPA Senior Living Breaks Ground On New Affordable Senior Community In South Bend, Indiana

The 72-unit independent living and assisted living  community is funded in part by a HUD grant.

American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) Senior Living (Fishers, Ind.) held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new $20.5 million affordable senior living community in South Bend, Ind., according to a news release.

The 62+ community consists of 72 residential units across three floors. The project is funded in part by a federal U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant.
