Churches United Nearing Completion On Silver Linings Senior Community In Moorhead, Minnesota

Nonprofit stable housing provider Churches United (Moorhead, Minn.) is nearing completion on Silver Linings Apartments, a new senior living community in Moorhead, according to inforum.com.

The 55+ affordable community for once-homeless seniors will house 36 units, a community room, art room, library, computer space, food pantry, and nursing office.

Sixteen of the units will be grouped into two pods of eight units each, which will feature a communal living space and central kitchen to encourage connection and combat loneliness. The remaining units feature one-bedroom floor plans with a full-sized kitchen and living room.
