Nonprofit stable housing provider Churches United (Moorhead, Minn.) is nearing completion on Silver Linings Apartments, a senior living community in Moorhead, according to inforum.com.

The 55+ affordable community for once-homeless seniors will house 36 units. Sixteen units will be grouped into two pods of eight residential rooms with a communal living space and central kitchen. The remaining units will feature one-bedroom floor plans with a full-sized kitchen and living room.

Amenity spaces will include a community room, art room, library, computer space, food pantry, and nurses’ office.
