OceanView at Falmouth, a senior living community in Falmouth, Maine, has opened a 2-story all-electric apartment building, according to the Portland Press Herald.

The building is part of a new neighborhood called Evergreen Commons, which will add 20 independent living units across three 2-story, all-electric buildings. The other two buildings are expected to be completed this fall, and three new cottages are planned for early 2027.

Additionally, a new 4-story apartment building, with 14 independent living units, is expected to open in the Blueberry Commons neighborhood by early 2027.

The project will also replace 10 of the community’s oldest units.
