Charter Senior Living (Naperville, Ill.) and development partner Paradise Management (West Chester, Pa.) have started construction on Charter Senior Living of West Chester, in West Chester, according to a news release.
The community will house 162 residences, including 59 independent living units, 71 assisted living units, and a 32-unit memory care neighborhood.
Construction is anticipated to be completed in late 2027.
