Beach House at Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, Fla., features nautical flair with a vibrant color palette. The senior living community provides 100 assisted living and memory care residences in an environment that evokes energy and showcases strong visual elements at every turn. StudioSIX5 (Austin, Texas) was the interior design firm on the project, which opened in February 2018.
Inspiration for the setting came from the Tampa metropolitan area and local coastal elements. The use of coral and shell accents enhances the nautical flair, adding texture and intricate designs in commons areas.
Textural art, local historical photography, and custom sculptural installations provide the residents and visitors with a gallery-like experience throughout the community.
