Woodlands At Furman Expands In South Carolina

The project includes new independent living units and a 13,000-square-foot community village.

Woodlands at Furman, a retirement community affiliated with Furman University, has expanded in Greenville, S.C., as part of a multimillion-dollar project, according to an article in Construction Specifier.

The project includes adding 44 new independent living units and doubling the size and capacity of the dining area. The high-end, hospitality-inspired design also includes a new 13,000-square-foot community village with a salon, fitness center, and swimming pool.

The project team comprises Three (architect; Dallas).
