Wind Crest, an Erickson Living retirement community, will conclude an expansion project including a trio of new buildings with the October opening of High Line Overlook in Highlands Ranch, Colo.
High Line Overlook includes the new 230-seat Arts and Enrichment Center with a stage and theater seating on the terrace level. The center also houses the community’s TV studio, where residents will be able to assist in television show production
Amenities include the Red Rocks Catering Room, Burton’s Steakhouse, a third fitness center to complement two other fitness centers on the campus, the High Line Terrace Courtyard, and more.
The new apartment homes have eight floor plans and feature modern fixtures: brushed nickel hardware, granite countertops, stainless steel appliance packages, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
The architect for High Line Overlook is JHP. The contractor is Brinkmann Constructors.
