According to “Times-Republican,” construction has begun on The Willows Assisted Living and Memory Care in Marshalltown, Iowa. The $13.3 million, 50,215-square-foot project is slated to be completed summer 2018. The complex will include four two-bedroom apartments, 12 studio apartments and 24 one-bedroom apartments. The Memory Care Center will include two deluxe studio apartments, 15 studio apartments and a 4,500-square-foot garden courtyard.
