Western States Lodging To Develop Legacy Village Of Salt River

The assisted living and memory care community in Phoenix will feature a variety of amenities such as three internal courtyards, two dining rooms and bistros, a full-service beauty salon, theater, game rooms, craft rooms, and a swimming pool.

Western States Lodging, along with development partners Colmena Group and The Boyer Group, has broken ground on Legacy Village of Salt River in Phoenix, according to a press release.

Designed by Beecher Walker Architects, the new assisted living and memory care community will offer 216 units in two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio floor plans. The larger units will have full kitchens and laundry rooms with balconies and/or porches, and the memory care units will be in a secured, private area of the community.

Amenities at Legacy Village of Salt River will feature three internal courtyards, two dining rooms and bistros, a full service beauty salon, theater, game rooms, craft rooms, meeting space, and a swimming pool.

The general contractor is hardison/downey construction inc. The community is anticipated to open in early 2019.
