With plans in place for a new senior living community in Bonney Lake, Wash., Wesley Homes and Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) held a groundbreaking ceremony last week for Wesley at Tehaleh. Wesley at Tehaleh will be on 16.82 acres within the master planned community of Tehaleh by Newland. The campus will have walking and biking paths that connect the site to Tehaleh’s 4,700-acre development. The new community will include two buildings: The Lodge and The Brownstone. The Lodge will feature 136 independent living apartments, 42 catered living apartments, and 18 assisted living memory care suites. The Brownstone will offer an additional 32 independent row-style apartments.
