Luxury senior living provider Gallaher Senior Living (Windsor, Calif.) and WellQuest Living (Salt Lake City) announced that WellQuest Living will serve as the new management company for three senior living communities under Gallaher’s banner, according to the website finance.yahoo.com.
The communities include Santianna, an independent and assisted living community in Carlsbad, Calif.; Vienna at Santianna, a memory care community on the Santianna campus; and Laurel Heights, an assisted living and memory care in Moorpark, Calif.
The move includes renaming Laurel Heights (previously known as Oakmont of Moorpark) and Vienna at Santianna (formerly known as Villena at Santianna), as well as rebranding the three communities with a luxury, boutique design.
