Watermark Adds $19.3M Independent Living Community In Florida

Watermark at Trinity, an assisted living and memory care community owned and operated by Watermark Retirement Communities (Tucson, Ariz.), has opened a new independent living building in Trinity, Fla., according to an article in Patch.

The 161,800-square-foot project, called The Town Center, adds 117 independent living units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom options.

Amenities within the five-story community include a pool, fitness center, salon and spa, three dining venues, and courtyards.
