Watercrest Senior Living Group held a topping out ceremony for its Watercrest Winter Park Assisted Living and Memory Care project in Winter Park, Fla. The event commemorates the completion of the roof during buildout, signifying that the structure has reached its maximum height.
The senior living community is a 107-unit resort-style senior living development partnered between Watercrest Senior Living Group and Titan Development Real Estate Fund I. Watercrest Winter Park will offer 75 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments.
Project partners include Walker and Co., D2 Architecture, MBV Engineering, Drawdy, Central Florida Waterproofing, Toltec, St. Johns Construction, C.Q. Insulation, Dunnrite, Fox Windows, TVS Construction Services, Floormasters, AIT, One Stop, Elite Electric, and International Painting.
The community will feature multiple dining venues, children’s play space, grand balconies, and Southern style outdoor living spaces.
