Watercrest Senior Living Group and United Properties have broken ground on Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care in Naples, Fla.
Watercrest Naples will offer 96 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments. The amenities and design will include a promenade, fireplace, signature water wall, multiple dining options, pool, salon and spa, grand balconies, and Florida-style outdoor living spaces.
Watercrest’s Market Street Plaza will showcase an outdoor-like streetscape for the memory care program.
The building design is a collaboration of Watercrest Senior Living Group with D2 Architecture, and IDA . Walker and Co. has started construction on the project and it is scheduled to be completed in late spring 2019.
