Watercrest Senior Living Group (Vero Beach) is planning a grand opening for Watercrest Macon Assisted Living and Memory Care in Macon, Ga.
The luxury senior living community includes 76 assisted living units and 22 memory care units.
Amenities include a cigar and scotch lounge, multiple dining venues, Southern-style outdoor living spaces, an art studio and gallery, resort-style pool, and fitness and physical therapy center. Design features at the community include a promenade, fireplace, signature water wall, and therapeutic live moss walls.
The project team includes Interior Design Associates (interior designer; Nashville, Tenn.) and EMJ (construction; Chattanooga, Tenn.). Peninsula U.S. Real Estate (Miami) and Corecam Capital Partners (Singapore) are the equity partners on the project.
