Watercrest Senior Living Group (Vero Beach, Fla.) and joint venture partner, Index International AB of Sweden (Jupiter, Fla.), have broken ground on Watercrest of Lake Nona Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in the master-designed community of Lake Nona, Fla.
The 76 ,000-square-foot , 80-unit assisted living and memory care community, is set to open in fall 2015 and will feature luxurious residences, resort-like service offerings and care. Fifty-six units will be for assisted living and 24 will be memory care apartments with amenities such as a spa, multiple dining options, as well as private label wines, locally grown organic fare, cultural programs, activities and outings.
Watercrest of Lake Nona will include a promenade, fireplace, signature waterwall, pool, salon, grand balconies, and Florida-style outdoor living spaces.
