Construction is complete on Watercrest Fredericksburg Assisted Living and Memory Care, a luxury senior living community in Fredericksburg, Va., according to a news release.
Set to open this spring, the 142-unit community comprises 106 assisted living units and a 36-unit memory care neighborhood.
Resort-style amenities include a fireplace lounge, multiple dining options, theater, and library.
Centric Development (Dayton, Ohio) is the developer and general contractor on the project. The community will be operated by Watercrest Senior Living Group (Vero Beach, Fla.).
