Watercrest Senior Living (Vero Beach, Fla.) has started construction on Watercrest Fredericksburg Assisted Living and Memory Care in Fredericksburg, Va., according to a news release.
The senior living community will house 106 assisted living units and 36 memory care units and is expected to open in late spring 2025.
Amenities will include multiple dining options, a theater, library, billiards, and spa.
The project team includes developer Centric Development (Atlanta).
