Watercrest Senior Living Group and Titan Development Real Estate Fund I recently broke ground on Watercrest Columbia Assisted Living and Memory Care in Columbia, S.C.
Shiel Sexton Co. has started construction of the 107-unit, resort-style senior living community this month, with plans to open in late spring 2019.
Watercrest Columbia will be a signature Watercrest product offering 75 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments. Designed by LifeBUILT Architecture, the community will include a promenade, pool, fireplace, signature water wall, multiple dining venues, children’s play space, grand balconies, and Southern style outdoor living spaces.
In addition, Watercrest’s Market Street Plaza, will showcase an ‘outdoor’ streetscape with multisensory memory care programming touches.
