CA Ventures and W.E. O’Neil Construction have broken ground on two new assisted living and memory care communities in Gilbert, Ariz., and Oro Valley, Ariz.
The Gilbert project, designed by BKV Group, is a 98,000-square-feet, two-story community comprised of 115 assisted living and memory care units. The Oro Valley project, designed by HED Architects is a 79,000-square-feet, two-story community offering 101 assisted living and memory care units.
Both projects feature dining and common areas as well as enhanced interior and exterior amenities. The projects are both scheduled for completion in the first half of 2018.
