The Terraces of Phoenix recently completed construction on the Viva Center (Phoenix), a 25,000-square-foot commons area that offers residents a number of additional amenities and recreation space.
The residents’ raised approximately $500,000 through donations, auctions, estate sales and social events to help with project costs.
Gene Buchli, a resident and retired architect, even helped in the planning of the Viva Center, taking into consideration items on residents’ wish lists, and was instrumental in raising the funds to complete the project.
The Terraces of Phoenix has a selection of 217 residential living residences. In addition, The Terraces provides a full continuum of on-site health care, including assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing care.
