Vista Tower Apartments in Los Angeles was recently acquired by Front Porch, Brookmore Apartment Corp., Citi Community Capital, Alden Capital Partners, and the California Public Finance Authority.
The 230-unit affordable housing community for low-income seniors will be rehabilitated and will be managed by Caring Housing Ministries, a Front Porch subsidiary.
