Summerlin Asset Management LLC and Desert Land Group have broken ground on a new independent living project in Lake Havasu, Ariz. The Views At Lake Havasu, for seniors age 55 and over, will be managed by Civitas Senior Living.
Designed by REES Architecture, the four-story, 92-apartment, resort-style community will feature a variety of amenities, including outdoor pool and patio areas, fitness center, media room, beauty salon, fine dining restaurant, casual dining bistro, and more.
The units have a modern design with contemporary baths and full kitchens, independent entries, private courtyards, and balconies with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding desert landscape.
The general contratcor is Consolidated Construction.
