The skilled nursing facility provides personalized post-acute care services. The 58,000-square-foot facility has 104 beds, including a 70-bed skilled nursing facility, an 18-bed assisted living center and a 16-bed secured memory care unit, offering a full continuum of treatment options under one roof, including medical and social services.
VibraLife of Katy LLC has an affiliation agreement with Memorial Hermann Health System, as well as with Medistar Corp.
