Tutera Senior Living & Health Care Project Nears Completion

The $55M senior-living development in Kansas City, Kan. is set to open in June and will be a 289,000-square-foot facility with 172 independent-living apartment homes.

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is nearing the final phases of its $55 million Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community in Kansas City, Kan.

The 4.1-acre community includes a 289,000-square-foot facility with 172 independent-living apartment homes, which will open in June, followed by 89 memory care and assisted-living residential units opening in July.

The facility’s residents will be connected via breezeway to Tutera’s Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, which offers short-term rehab services, skilled nursing offerings, and extended stays.

The community offers a variety of amenities such as resort-style pools, yoga studios and day spas, in-house chefs and more.
