Developer Green Mills Group (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) and Trinity Worship Center International Ministries (Haines City, Fla.) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Trinity Village in Haines City, Fla., according to The (Lakeland) Ledger.
The $36 million affordable senior living community project comprises 102 units with a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, and community space with a small kitchen, game room, and computer room. Outdoor amenities will include a dog park, community garden, and gazebo.
Construction is expected to be completed by early 2027.
