Senior living owner and manager United Church Homes is planning an expansion at Trinity at Beavercreek in Beavercreek, Ohio, according to an article in Dayton Daily News.
The project will add 120 one- and two-bedroom independent living units, community space, multiple dining areas, a fitness center, salon, outdoor recreation area, health clinic, and “inspiration studio” for wine and painting classes.
M+A Architects (Columbus, Ohio, and Cincinnati) is the architect for the project.
