Trilogy Health Services (Louisville, Ky.) and DMK Development (Maumee, Ohio) are starting construction on a new assisted living, memory care, and independent living community in Owensboro, Ky., according to an article in Owensboro Times.
The $14 million, three-story senior community will include 38 assisted living units, 20 memory care units, and 48 independent living units, with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options.
The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2022.
