Timber Ridge at Talus, located in Issaquah, Wash., is expanding its independent living residential offerings with The Lofts, a modern studio home addition providing a lock-and-leave lifestyle for seniors.
The Lofts at Timber Ridge will feature modern one-bedroom floor plans ranging from 623 to 948 square feet. Design features include heated floors, dramatic lighting, an open floor plan, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering scenic views of the surrounding mountainside.
The Lofts will have access to the amenities of the Timber Ridge retirement community including gourmet dining, a movie theatre, fitness and aquatic center, library, salon and a continuum of health care at the on-site Briarwood Health Center.
Timber Ridge has recently completed its Phase II expansion with an additional 145 independent living apartment homes, an indoor swimming pool, a 190-seat multi-purpose auditorium and an expanded on-site Medicare-certified Briarwood Health Center.
