Thrive Senior Living will break ground on Thrive at Jones Farm, a new senior living community in southeast Huntsville, Ala.

The assisted living and memory care community will feature a fitness center, hair and nail salon, doctors’ office, chapel, and several courtyards offering access to the outdoors.

Thrive at Jones Farm is a joint venture between Thrive Senior Living, local investors, and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. Construction financing is provided by Synovus Bank, serving the local market as First Commercial Bank. The project team includes Freese Johnson (construction); THW Design (architectural services); and Studio Six5 (interiors).

A welcome center will open near the site in summer and a grand opening is expected in early 2017.
