Thrive Senior Living has broken ground on a new assisted living and memory care community in Murrells Inlet, S.C.
Thrive at Prince Creek, an 89-unit community will feature resort-style resident apartments, a spa, beauty salon, fitness center, movie theater, multiple courtyards featuring outdoor amenities, and more.
The memory care section of the building will house 25 units with interior finishes featuring warm tones, stone, wood, and granite surfaces in a lodge-like environment.
The design team consists of THW Architects and Studio Six 5 Interiors. The community is owned by LTC Properties, and construction is being overseen by Freese Johnson.
