The Village at Rockville, a National Lutheran Community, recently broke ground and has received bond financing on the Glenmere project in Rockville, Md.
The bonds for the West campus expansion were issued by Montgomery County, Md. in a face amount of $87.5 million.
Construction is expected to be completed in late 2020.
