Developer Cypress Partners (Birmingham, Mich.) and Parallel Management Group (Northville, Mich.) are planning a new senior living community in Madison Heights, Mich., according to an article in C&G Newspapers.
The Reserve at Red Run will include 133 units with one- and two-bedroom options.
Residents will have access to a wellness spa, café, and art studio.
The project team comprises Patrick Thompson Design (interior designer; Detroit) and Cunningham-Limp (construction; Novi, Mich.).
