The Langford at College Station, a Methodist Retirement Communities property in College Station, Texas, has completed a comprehensive 156,162-square-foot interior design project.
Spellman Brady & Co. was responsible for the design along with the procurement of the project’s furniture, accessories, and artwork.
The retirement community includes a main clubhouse, independent and assisted living buildings, as well as memory care. The Clubhouse features a lobby with lounge seating and a fireplace, two dining venues, a fitness center, and multipurpose room.
The 72 independent living units are organized in three, 4-story buildings each with its own community room. The assisted living community consists of a two-story building with 24 units, a dining venue, a salon, and an arts and crafts room. Memory Support includes 18 units that open up to the community space, a country kitchen, several living rooms, an activity area, and an outdoor memory garden.
