The Grand Royale senior living community in Gladstone, Mo., is expanding its private, short-term rehabilitation units from 28 to 45 units.
The $13 million renovation is expected to be completed in March 2022.
In addition to short-term rehabilitation, the 150,000-square-foot community offers 34 independent living units and 26 assisted living units.
