The Curve At West Angeles Affordable Senior Housing Breaks Ground

The five-story, 70-unit development will feature studio and one-bedroom apartments for low-income residents as well as a central courtyard, bike repair room, and community room.

Construction has started on a 70-unit affordable senior housing community, with studio and one-bedroom apartments, in Los Angeles, according to MultiHousing News.

The Curve at West Angeles, developed by Related Cos. and Community Development Corp., will include 40 units for low-income residents, 29 for very-low-income residents, and a market-rate manager’s unit.

KFA Architects is designing the mixed-use property which will also include retail, a resident lobby, a community room with kitchen and a central courtyard. Other amenities include bike lockers and a bike repair room and common area laundry facilities.
