Final approval from city officials in Gallatin, Tenn., has been granted to build The Capstone at Station Camp. Construction of the building is set to start in March 2019, with an anticipated project completion of August 2020.
The two-story, 76,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community, on a 6-acre site, will feature 88 studio, one- and two-bedroom suites with accommodations for up to 114 residents.
Hunt Midwest, in collaboration with ISL Ventures, a division of Integral Senior Living (ISL), and Leading Light Development and Construction Consulting, are working together on the project.
The Capstone at Station Camp will incorporate elements from the surrounding area’s architecture, as well as outdoor terraces and balconies, and gardens. Residents will have access to a variety of amenities including a great room, formal dining room, fitness center, bistro lounge, sunroom, walking trails, gazebo, and dog park.
Pi Architects will lead the overall design of the community, Civil Site Design Group will perform land planning and civil engineering, and Hardaway Construction is the general contractor for the project.
