Privately held senior living operator Blake Management Group (Jackson, Miss.) is planning a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Winter Garden, Fla. The community will be part of a mixed-use town center, which also includes single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments.
Residents at The Blake at Hamlin will have access to a salon, activity and game rooms, on-site physical therapy clinic, and gathering areas.
The community is expected to hold a grand opening this fall.
