US Senior LLC (Troy, N.Y), a subsidiary of United Group of Companies that develops and manages independent senior living facilities, is planning a new 55+ active adult community in Sarasota, Fla., according to an article in the Commercial Observer.
Situated on 6 acres, The Alloro at University Groves will include three four-story buildings to house 183 resident units, as well as a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse, bocce and pickleball courts, swimming pool, sauna, movie theater, game room, salon, and gym.
The project is expected to be completed in 2 years.
