Texas Memory Care Facility Gets New Owner, Name

<p>Irvine, Calif.-based <a href="http://www.silveradocare.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Silverado </a>has acquired an assisted living and memory care community in Southlake, Texas. The 56-bed community will be renamed <a href="http://www.silveradocare.com/silverado-locations/texas/southlake/southlake/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Silverado Southlake</a>.</p><p>The six-acre property was developed in 2013 and includes a 39,000-square-foot, single-story building and outdoor space. Silverado plans to add a 22-bed community on a one-acre section of the property.</p>

Silverado Southlake is the fifth senior living community operated by Silverado in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
