Irvine, Calif.-based Silverado has acquired an assisted living and memory care community in Southlake, Texas. The 56-bed community will be renamed Silverado Southlake.
The six-acre property was developed in 2013 and includes a 39,000-square-foot, single-story building and outdoor space. Silverado plans to add a 22-bed community on a one-acre section of the property.
Silverado Southlake is the fifth senior living community operated by Silverado in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
