Tessera of Westchase community has opened in Tampa, Fla. The multistory, $27.5 million, 122,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community, managed by Solvere Living provides a wide range of modern features and services.

Tessera of Westchase offers 64 assisted living apartments and 38 apartments for residents with memory-related impairments. A range of apartments are available in studio and one and two-bedroom floor plans.
The developer is Lindell Investments Inc., the architect firm is Bessolo Design Group Inc.
