The Terraces At San Joaquin Gardens Completes Second Phase

<p><a href="http://www.theterracesatsanjoaquin.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens</a> has completed the second phase of its $120 million renovation.</p><p>The Fresno, Calif., residential senior living complex now has 262 apartment homes.</p><p>The newly renamed Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens is one of 11 continuing care retirement communities operated by the Pleasanton, Calif.-based <a href="http://www.abhow.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">American Baptist Home of the West</a>.</p>
