The Terraces of Boise (Boise, Idaho) has secured $103.2 million in municipal bonds sales to close financing for the new Life Care community, which is under construction. The senior living community is scheduled to open in late spring 2015.

To secure financing, more than 70 percent of the facility residences were required to be reserved.

The project team includes Petra Inc. (Boise, Idaho, general contractor), AG Architecture (Wauwatosa, Wis.), and Marlo Interiors (Minneapolis, interior design).

The not-for-profit community will offer 161 residential living apartments as well as a variety of services and amenities, including fitness center, multiple dining venues, library, and beauty salon, as well as access to on-site health care, including 40 assisted living, 48 skilled nursing and 24 memory support suites.
